About me:

Hi, I’m Tom and I am a former skinny kid who was told he was too small to make it as a professional rugby player.

After a career ending knee injury the fact I looked like I would blow away in the wind was no longer the limiting factor in my dream of making a living from rugby.

Being small and weak did still crush my self-confidence though. The past decade has seen me continuously look for the optimal training and nutrition strategies to pack lean muscle onto my frame.

Oh yeah, and I have gone from a skinny fat 80kg (176lbs) at aged 18 to 97kg (214lbs) and lean now so I guess you could say it worked! My self-confidence and belief in what I can achieve has also sky-rocketed over the years.

In that time I’ve gained a BSc in Sports Science & Coaching, an MSc in Strength and Conditioning, undertaken countless professional courses, seminars and workshops. Carried out over 10,000 hours of personal training sessions and made every mistake there is to make when it comes to transforming my physique.

My learning over the last 10 years means I know what works and what doesn’t.

Now I have refined the art of adding muscle and dropping body fat to consistently deliver outstanding results for my clients.

This is great news for you as I want to share what I have learned with you on FWFW.
